Frequently Asked Questions
Our full service packages are month-to-month, with no long-term obligation. Though we've found our clients typically work with us for years, our clients are welcome to cancel the agreement anytime with a 30-day notice. You can also increase/decrease your monthly package with ease.
After we discuss your needs, we'll send you a short agreement that includes all the work we'll complete on your behalf, terms of payment, etc. We'll both sign the agreement and we'll be ready to start your work! You'll know exactly what you are signing up for.
PS: We'll customize the exact package to your needs!
Our packages are month-to-month. We simply request 30 days notification that you would like to increase/decrease or cancel your monthly service package.
This is the fun part. We'll schedule a monthly call to discuss your campaign(s). One of our favorite aspects is that we get to know you and your business well and on a personal level. We are your voice - and we take that seriously!
We'll start with a strategy meeting and agree on a plan. You'll send us any agreed upon assets (content, information, images, etc.) and we'll get to work researching and crafting your content and putting your messaging into layout. We'll send you a draft for your review. Upon your approval, we'll schedule your email to release to the appropriate audience and report back the results at our next meeting.

If you have a full service email marketing package with us, we can customize an add on package that may include support for your blog, social media and/or additional monthly email marketing needs so that you know these activities are carried out with care and efficiency.

We'll recommend that you purchase our Starter PLUS Email Marketing Package. We'll complete your setup and design your Master Email template to match the branding on your website. We'll then manage your email marketing on your behalf with one of our full service packages. You will be responsible for the cost of the monthly Constant Contact subscription rate.
